Neha wins Strongest woman in Nepal | Powerlifting competition in Pokhara

This vlog is extremely special to us. We had always mentioned about a competition in our previous vlogs and how we were packing lunch and counting calories even when travelling, well it was for this very day. Gurkha classic organised all women's powerlifting competition in Pokhara on 23rd October.

We were in Pokhara for a week, training and preparing for the competition. I weighed in at 59.2kgs and lifted a total of 341kgs, 128kg squat, 70kg bench press and 143kg deadlift. The lifts felt smooth and clearly won under 60kg and overall category. We look forward to competing in more of these events.
