BIRTHDAY CAKE RECIPE
* Ingredients for a single 8” vanilla cake:
- 2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
* Ingredients for vanilla buttercream:
- 4 cups unsalted butter
- 5 cups icing sugar
- 1 to 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 5 tbsp milk
* Ingredients for mini chocolates and roses:
- Italiano white cooking chocolate
- Pearce duff icing colour in baby pink

- Raspberry macarons from Crema
- Sprinkles from chefiality, Lahore
- Chrysanthemum flowers in purple
- Silicone moulds from Saeed traders G9, Islamabad
- Piping nozzles from Al fatah
