After a restful night on the outskirts of Bordeaux, Day 2 of our French road trip starts with calm vibes and fresh air. We head out for a peaceful morning walk around a beautiful nearby lake called Plage du Lac, where we stumble upon a charming little beach and grab some delicious ice cream from our new friend Steph, who is a teacher and also has a stand called Cocoa Bean Bordeaux for summer holidays. The kids play at the local playground, we soak in the sunshine, and take it slow before grabbing lunch and hitting the road again. Around 3pm, we set off for our final destination: the stunning Château Destinée, arriving just in time to settle in before the weekend celebrations begin.

While we didn't film the wedding venue out of respect for the couple’s wishes, we’ve got more heartwarming moments coming in the next vlog, including a peaceful morning walk with Kobe and Zuri. FYI, we were allowed to film but not publish before them. Dad took the opportunity to just not film and enjoy the scenes for a change.
