主料:去壳 去虾线 老虎虾洗净,10-12只
辅料:

黑胡椒碎
鸡蛋黄
料酒 1tbsp
玉米淀粉
美乃滋
芥末酱
柠檬汁
欧芹碎(点缀)
做法:
1. 老虎虾中加入适量盐,黑胡椒,一颗蛋黄,1汤匙料酒,搅拌均匀,静置10分钟
2. 碗中加入美乃滋和芥末酱,挤入几滴柠檬汁解腻
3. 腌制好的老虎虾,均匀地裹上玉米淀粉
4. 不粘锅开大火,加入食用油,加热至手放在锅上方感觉到热。加入老虎虾,煎至一面金黄(2-3分钟),翻面再煎2分钟,直至两面金黄色盛出。
5. 倒入提前准备好的芥末美乃滋,搅拌均匀。撒上欧芹碎点缀即可。
Beginner Friendly Recipe - Wasabi-Mayo Prawns (Non-Fried Version)
Ingredients: shelled, deveined and washed tiger prawns, 10-12 pcs
Salt
Black pepper
Egg Yolk
Cooking wine 1tbsp
Corn starch
Mayonnaise
Wasabi Paste
Lemon juice
Chopped Parsley
Instructions:
1. Add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, one egg yolk, 1 tbsp of cooking wine to the tiger prawns, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes
2. Add mayonnaise and Wasabi paste to the bowl, squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice to relieve the greasy taste
3. Evenly coat the prawns with corn starch
4. Turn on high heat in a non-stick pan, add cooking oil, and heat until you feel hot when you put your hands over the top of the pan. Add tiger prawns, pan fry until golden on one side (2-3 minutes), flip and cook for another 2 minutes, until golden on both sides.
5. Pour in the mustard mayonnaise prepared in advance and stir well. Garnish with chopped parsley.
