Our in-kiosk digital signatures and feedback surveys are small additions with a big impact. Clients can now sign consent forms directly on our video advice kiosks - no paperwork, no printing, no delays. Immediately after their session, they’re invited to leave quick, emoji-based feedback. This helps us learn and adapt in real time, especially in time-pressured settings like prisons or community venues.

First Steps is our streamlined onboarding tool. By using secure Open Banking connections, clients can share their financial information before their appointment begins. This means advisors come to each session fully informed and ready to focus on solutions, not admin. It saves time, reduces stress, and helps clients feel prepared and in control.

Our new Client Connect app puts advice in people’s hands - literally. It allows users to start a call, replay previous sessions, and browse clear explanations of common debt issues, all from their phone. Designed to reduce overwhelm, it’s especially valuable for those who are neurodivergent, navigating trauma, or simply need time to absorb information at their own pace.

Behind the scenes, our advisors are supported by MoneyPennie, a smart AI assistant built using trusted sources like the CPAG Handbook and TDebt Free Advice's own materials. It gives advisors instant access to accurate guidance without needing to pause the conversation or step away from the client. It helps make every interaction smoother, more confident, and better informed.

Each of these tools has been created in response to real challenges faced on the frontline. Together, they’re making the advice journey simpler, faster, and more human - for everyone who needs it.
