Using a sniper rifle, kill 2 targets with a single shot (Campaign only).

The best place to do this is at the Pranijagant School outpost. There are two enemies, standing right next to each other. You just need to climb up onto the roof and headshot them both. If you have already liberated this outpost, and all other outposts then you will have to do it elsewhere or make a new save. I will be showing a post game method once I find one.
