Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker Review

Metal Gear Solid is easily Konami’s crown jewel in a multitude of recognizable IPs, and the developer has done a mostly great job of consistently delivering memorable experiences that continue to introduce new and interesting mechanics into the fold.

The latest mainline entry in the series, Metal Gear Solid 5, is arguably the series at its mechanical peak, but many of the elements that made it so great can be traced back to Peace Walker, a game that was released on the PSP back in 2010. With this video, we will be revisiting the game from the perspective of it being released in 2024 and analyze how well it has aged and how it would be received in the modern gaming landscape.
