ORIADE LCDA DISTRIBUTES FURNITURE TO SCHOOLS, GCE FORMS TO STUDENTS

The council authority of Oriade Local Council Development Area, recently, embarked on a project to distribute classroom desks and other school furniture to different schools within the council area.

The project was part of the government’s broader commitment to creating a conducive learning environment for students.

GCE forms were also distributed freely to indigent students to cushion the effect of the current economic hardship.

Speaking at the official handing over of the materials to the educators and representatives of the various schools, the council chairman, Ramotalai Akinlola-Hassan reiterated the commitment of her administration to the provision of sound and quality education to residents.
