The Supreme Court has issued a notice in the Majnu Tila case, bringing long-awaited relief and renewed hope to displaced Hindu refugee families living in Delhi.

This legal development is significant not just because of the notice itself, but because the Court has acknowledged the reality of religious persecution faced by Hindus in Pakistan. For years, these families were viewed only through the lens of illegal immigration. Today, the narrative begins to shift toward asylum, dignity, and human rights.

Hindu Samman Foundation (HSF) has consistently raised these concerns from the ground level — documenting living conditions, engaging with affected families, and lawfully pursuing justice through the courts. This step would not have been possible without sustained advocacy and public accountability.

We also express sincere gratitude to Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain and his legal team, who are fighting this case purely in the spirit of service, without charging any fee.

However, this is not the end of the struggle.

HSF’s humanitarian demands placed before the Delhi Government (Letter #2) are still pending, and broader representations submitted to the PMO regarding Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Afghan Hindu refugees (Letter #3) remain unresolved.

Rehabilitation.
Legal clarity.
