Here it is! THE cheat device for both GTA LCS and GTA VCS!

This tutorial video contains instructions on where you can download THE cheat device that was made for #gtalibertycitystories and #gtavicecitystories, and how to install it for the #PPSSPP emulator as well... By the way, PPSSPP means "PlayStation Portable Simulator Suitable for Playing Portably".

THE cheat device - I'm talking about Edison Carter's cheat device (remastered by Freakler) created for GTA Liberty City Stories on PSP (on certain firmwares)
