Desi Chicken 🐔 Traditional Way Of Cooking | Parent Chicken Recipe

Desi parent Chicken is almost everyones favourite specially the chicken lovers .I tried this chicken in a traditional way hope you like it ..

ingredients I used..
parent Desi chicken 2 kg
Mustard oil as required
tomatoes half kg
onions 2
few shallot leaves
garlic ginger paste 2 spoons
Spices ..Red chilly powder 2 spoon ,turmeric powder 1 & a half table spoon, fennel powder 2table spoons, Dry Ginger powder half Table spoons, cinnamon stick 1 ,green cardamoms 2 ,black cardamoms 2 ,2 cloves and black pepper seeds ,salt as per taste
