1tbsp Soy sauce 酱油
1/4tsp White pepper 白胡椒粉
1/4tsp Sichuan pepper 花椒粉
1tsp Ginger powder 姜粉
2tbsp Mushroom powder 香菇粉
2tbsp Oil 油
2 Shallots 小洋葱
