Made the trip up to Castaic and was not disappointed. I have only launched one other time on this lake and did not have much success. This time, we went with a plan, and we executed it pretty well, catching over 20 fish between 2 of us. We worked points and structure in around 30 ft of water with drop shot and Texas rigs to catch quite a few fish in the morning; then we found some aggressive bass blowing up on bait and managed to catch a few more on top water later in the day. #fishing #castaiclake #bassfishing
