a vocal improvisation with my tibetan bowl and my dog pepper. things are tough in australia with the rental shortage and the prices are high as well as cost of living. it's almost impossible to find a place to live let alone just exist. so here i am escaping this stressful situation through healing music and singing. you might like to listen to this at night before bed for a restful sleep. or for your yoga, journalling or meditation practice, or even just as a background sound that is healing and soothing and will help to focus and calm a busy mind. my hope is that it might help you to relax and find some peace in your evening.
