Hi, I’m Dr Bathma Dhevi Susibalan, Consultant ENT Specialist Surgeon at KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital.

I see patients of all ages — from babies to teenagers, adults and the elderly — who come to me with problems related to the ear, nose and throat. These areas are all connected, so sometimes an issue in one part can affect the others.

When you visit my clinic, I will ask about your symptoms and history, then do a proper examination. This includes checking your nose, ears, throat and voice with a scope to get a clear picture of what’s happening.

Every patient is different. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment. I will discuss with you what’s troubling you, how long you’ve had the problem, and together we’ll come up with the right plan. This may be medical, surgical, or sometimes both — with the aim of helping you breathe, hear and live better.
