Embertone | Walker 1955 Concert D Piano Library for Kontakt

The Embertone Walker 1955 Model D is one of the most detailed piano libraries available for Kontakt. With up to 36 velocity levels per note, over 10,000 adaptive release samples, all possible pedal combinations, 6 microphone positions available, staccato samples and many additional customizable features; it is an instrument that provides some very unique opportunities.

The Model D was sampled using a proprietary performance capture system that was developed by John Q Walker who is also the owner of the piano sampled as well as the
beautiful recital hall where it was recorded. The ZENPH system he created allows for precise playback of the piano that enabled Embertone to get a high level of consistency and quality in their sampling process.

The Walker 1955 Model D is available now in a LITE and FULL version. The FULL version includes the MAIN microphone setup with the other mic positions available ala carte so you can select the ones you would find most useful.
