Well folks, I'm afraid my video camera (once again) isn't doing the audio justice. This setup is LOUD, VERY LOUD. The cold start wakes my entire neighborhood, and wide open throttle is on par with my '11 STi when I ran a straight pipe. Normal cruising and idle are very very tame, especially within the cabin of the truck. This is one reason I went with the loudest Borla available, noticeable, but not overwhelming in the cabin, even windows down. There is slight drone, but only at low RPM when you need a bit of extra throttle to clear a hill, or similar. At highway and interstate speeds it is basically drone free and using a telephone or having a conversation in the vehicle is not much different than stock.

Yes, I now realize the tips are uneven, this can be fixed with a few minutes of tinkering. I did the install by myself in my driveway in the dark at 11pm, so yeah, I didn't get it perfect haha!

Next step I think is going to be a dyno tune, with maybe the possibility of an e85 map. Even though this is NOT an e85 (flexfuel) engine from the factory, the stock fuel system being both port and direct injection, should be able to support it? I hear there is a good transmission tune for the 10 speed auto floating around out there as well...

Thanks for watching, please leave a comment or question if you so desire!
