Here are the route details, in case you wanted to print it out or use for reference, but please do watch the video till the end. I would really appreciate that.

Three routes
1. Via Srinagar to Manali to Delhi
2. Via Manali to Srinagar to Delhi
3. Via Manali to Leh to Manali to Delhi

Route 1:
Day 0, Delhi
Night 1, Jammu, if not possible then Pathankot
Night 2, Srinagar.
Lot of places to visit.. Gulmarg, Pahalgam, The Shikara ride in Dal Lake.. etc.
Night 3 Srinagar stay.
Day 4 start early, go via Sonamarg, Kargil and reach Leh.
Day 5, do permits in Leh and visit places around Leh.
Night 5 spend in Leh
Day 6, start from Leh, to Nubra Valley to Hundar.. Go via Diskit on the way.
Night 6 at Hundar
Day 7, you can visit places like Turtuk, and Panamik.. Night 7 at Hundar.
Day 8, start early. Via Agam, Shyok Village, Road section is little bad. Reach Pangong.. Spend night.. See the stars.
Day 9, go via Chusul… Proper offroading near Chusul. Night 9, reach Hanle
Day 10, stay at Hanle.. Night 10 at Hanle
Day 11, start from Hanle, towards, Loma, via Nyoma, and Mahe, and to Karzok.. (Tso moriri). Night 11 at Tso Moriri
Day 12, start and head towards TsoKar, towards Debring, can reach Keylong, if you start early.. Otherwise, you can reach at Sarchu or Pang.. But better to come to Keylong because of low altitude.
Day 13, start towards Manali. Reach Manali. Night 13 at Manali. Enjoy.
Day 14, stay at Manali.
Day 15 reach Delhi.


Route 2:
Day 1, Delhi to Manali. Night 1 at Manali.
Day 2, at Manali. Relax and get permits. Night 2 at Manali.
Day 3, start from Manali. Reach Pang or Sarchu.. or Debring
Day 4, start and reach Leh.
Day 5, spend time at Leh.
Day 6, start towards Hundar. Stay night.
Day 7, stay at Hundar.. Diskit, and Turtuk.
Day 8, start towards Pangong.. Spend night 8 at Pangong
Day 9 towards Hanle. Stay night 9
Day 10, spend at Hanle..
Day 11, via Loma, Nyoma, Mahe, to Leh. Night 11 at Leh.
Day 12, via Kargil.. War Memorial.. etc, Zozilla pass.. reach Srinagar Night 12
Day 13 spend at Srinagar. Night 13 at Srinagar
Day 14, Jammu or Pathankot.. or Udhampur..
Day 15, towards Delhi. Reach Delhi at Night 15.
