3 Carrots
3 Potatoes
3 Onions
200g Mushrooms
Rosemary
3 garlic cloves
red wine to taste
70g tomato paste
2 tomatoes
2 full corns
1.2 Kg Oxtail pieces...
Olive oil to sear

Add on:
2 Stock cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
OPTIONAL - Bbq spice of your choice.
