Ironically the video starts with a Dave MacDonald driven Corvette Stingray leading a Cobra driven by Billy Krause, this was at Riverside Raceway and was the first ever race for both of these iconic American sports cars. Shelby would raid the Chevrolet camp after this race and hire Dave MacDonald as Cobra's new #1 driver. MacDonald went on to score the first-ever victories for all of Carroll Shelby's Cobras - the Cobra Roadster, King Cobra, King Cobra Lang-Cooper and the Daytona Cobra Coupe. Dave MacDonald lost his life in a fiery crash in the 1964 Indianpolis 500.
