We feel elated, and as a result, our cognitive response aligns with this inner sensation.

We can describe this same experience at the layer of our biology. When we feel elated, various processes occur in our nervous system and endocrine system, involving the release of specific proteins and hormones.

Our experiences operates on a principle of interconnectedness, signifying that all elements are intertwined, affecting and being affected. This network ensures a continuous flow of information and energy between its parts. Alongside interconnectedness is the principle of interdependence. It conveys that elements within a system are reliant on each other, and their actions and well-being are mutual. Collectively, these principles emphasize the holistic nature of our experiences and the world we inhabit.
