Cross-Canada Tour: Episode 52

After spending a few days with some old friends it was time to get back on the road. We took a Bike route through the city of Thunder Bay and made our way to Lakeshore Dr since it was illegal to bike on #17 within the city limits.

Just before #17 connects to Lakeshore Dr. Josh broke a spoke. After the repair, the rim looked like it was not true so we decided to bike back into Thunder Bay. Just before we made our way back into the city we met Arman who began his Cross-Canada Tour in the East and was hoping to make it to Victoria, BC! Let us know if you made it Arman.

After our visit with Arman, we slowly biked into Thunder Bay and made it to Fresh Air Bike Shop who repaired and tuned our bikes right away! Thank you so very much!!!! Schwalbe also honoured their warranty commitment and gave us a brand-new tire to replace the defective one!!! Thank you so very much, Schwalbe!!!

And last but NOT least, thank you to the Bosma's who took us in for a 3rd night and biked up pizza!!!! You guys a great and we can't thank you enough!
