Heading to STORNOWAY 😻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Vlog

Before leaving Ullapool and making our way to Stornoway, we wanted to have another wee wander around town and check out some of the shops there. Since we still had some time to jill, we decided to visit Beatrice from the Highland Wildlife Hospital Trust and give her our book ❤️. She invited us in and we stayed with her for a while just talking about life. She gave me some absolutely delicious jam and a wee book of some her own stories (seeing how I can make that accessible to you guys). Once we had said goodbye to her, we made our way to the ferry and headed towards Stornoawy ⚓️. We arrived there quite late so we only looked for a spot to camp and got to bed soon afterwards. The next morning we went for a lovely wee walk around our camping spot. A lady who follows us also found our van, knocked on the door and invited us for dinner that evening ❤️. They made us a delicious vegan curry and had a lovely evening with us 🥰

We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. So feel free to tag along if you’re interested in following our journey and adventures around the globe ❤️
