Fifteen years after the mysterious disappearance of three girls at a summer camp, the wealthy owner of the camp decides to have a re-opening. Invited is Emma Davis, an artist who shared the cabin with the three girls when she was younger, and who needs some emotional healing. When Emma returns to the camp, rumours swirl and things happen. Sometimes in a very cliched way.

I did not enjoy this "thriller". It had very one dimensional characters and not very many twists, and the final extra twist was just full on ridiculous. This was a huge step down from Final Girls.

I'm going to read the new novel by Riley Sager regardless, as a tiebreaker to see if this writer is worth pursuing in future.

PS. I mention that Riley Sager is a woman writer, when in fact it is a pseudonym for a male writer. I found out after filming the review.
