Sophie had been returned to Best Friends Lifesaving Center in Salt Lake City several times for not using her litter box properly. Now she rules her roost in her forever home with kindness and love, which is pretty inspiring considering she used to be in constant pain after being declawed.

The Best Friends staff veterinarian thought it may have something to do with her declawing procedure that took place prior to arriving at Best Friends. With help from ‪@ThePawProject‬, Sophie was able to get reconstructive surgery, just in time to find her forever family.
