Reason 4 is Not wearing a cap after the completion of treatment. If we didn't wear the cap, the tooth would shatter into pieces and Root Canal Treatment would become a failure. Reason 3 is Delayed or Infected Tooth. If we keep postponing the treatment or if the tooth is severely infected, Root Canal Treatment will fail after completion. Reason 2 is the Dentist's Knowledge and Hand Skills. If the dentist's hand skills are not good or if he/she doesn't have much knowledge about Root Canal Treatment, the treatment will become a failure. Reason 1 is Maintenance.
