Prepping. How to be First Aid Kit ready.

Hi friends. In this video, I give you some ideas of things to put in a first aid kit or purchasing a first aid kit. Down below there will be a full description of items that you can buy separately. If you want to put your own first aid kit together these are just some of the items that you can have keep in mind there are many many more things that you can have but these are some of the basic things. I hope you enjoy this video.

Viral chicken cobbler
4 cups chicken we roasted one
Biscuit mix 1 box red lobster biscuits
2 cups milk
1/2 butter
1/2 pound frozen veggies
Salt pepper
Onion powder
Garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth ( we used the 2 cups per original recipe but would use 1/2 less again.

In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, add melted butter, then the chicken on top of the butter, add the frozen vegetables and the spices on the chicken. Mix together the biscuit mix and the milk and pour it on top of the vegetables. Don’t mix. Mix together the cream soup and the chicken broth and pour it on top of everything else. Do not stir. Put it into a 350° oven for up to 55 minutes.

Red First Aid Kit was purchased from Costco Cabada and I currently do not see a link for this particular first aid kit. The second first aid kit, the plastic case one I cannot remember where it was purchased..
