Is this the best restaurant in Bangkok? (COTE - 1 Michelin Star)

A review of COTE, located at the Capella Hotel, along the banks of the Chao Phraya river in Bangkok.

This is the first international outpost of Mauro Colagreco's restaurant Mirazur, which has been awarded three Michelin stars since 2019 and was voted the best restaurant in the world by the 50 best restaurant list.

Fun fact for you: Mauro Colagreco is the first chef not born in France to be awarded three stars in the French edition of the Guide Michelin.

Like Mirazur, COTE focuses on French and Italian Riviera cuisine, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Its run by head chef Davide Garavaglia, who has worked closely with Mauro Colagreco since 2015. Cote has held 1 Michelin star for the past 2 years.
