TODAY'S RECIPE IS The Easiest Basbousa Recipe Ever | Super Tasty Basbousa Recipe | Easy Semolina Cake | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
Sugar 1/3 cup
Mix well
Thick yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Semolina / suji 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Mix well
7 inch pan
Grease butter
Place baking paper
Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
Swirl and mix well
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 for 15-20 mins
Making sugar syrup:
Sugar 1/3 cup
Water 2/3 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
The cake is done
Pour sugar syrup
Let it cool down
Pista powder & cashew on top

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
