Now in this case, Ravikant, elder brother of the deceased crusher businessman, on September 11, filed a case of Suspense Patidar, dismissed Police Stationer Shukla, along with two other crusher businessman Suresh Soni, besides Brahmadatta's attempt to murder the agents and the case of the death of Indrakant Tripathi. But a case of murder was made. The SIT investigation revealed that Indrakant Tripathi shot himself with his licensed pistol, in which case a case is going on forcing him to commit suicide.
On 25 November, in this case Devendra Shukla, who was sacked from Kabrai, was arrested and sent to jail by the Mahoba police from the border of Jhansi, while the sacked soldier Arun Kumar Yadav surrendered in the court of Lucknow. Two businessmen Suresh Soni and Brahmadutt named in the case are already in jail. Only IPS officer Patidar is absconding at the moment.
