Josh Weiss from Logic Technology Consulting Group (TCG) joins Amanda from Thread to talk about what it’s like being one of Thread’s earliest MSP partners — all the way back to the ChatGenie days. Josh originally found Thread because he wanted a simple way to get ConnectWise tickets into Slack so he could see tickets, get notified, and even make quick updates without jumping between tools.

What started as “I just want chats in Teams/Slack” turned into a core part of his service experience. His clients got used to getting real-time replies from a technician — not a portal, not an email thread, but actual live support in the tools they already use. So when Josh sold his MSP and merged into Logic DCG, keeping Thread was a must-have to protect the client experience they’d built. Three years after the merger, they’ve only lost one client.

In this Partner Perspective session, Josh talks about:

Why MSPs can’t afford to feel “behind” their own customers when it comes to modern tool
