Описание к видео Delaware high school students research rare diseases for Nemours presentation

Delaware Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) spent several months learning about a particular rare disease and presented their research findings at Nemours Children's Hospital. The high school students interact with patients and their families, and work with researchers, clinicians and other healthcare professionals. They're judged on their ability to present themselves and communicate the rare disease information to others, as well as propose a cure/treatment or way to improve a quality of life issue. HOSA works collaboratively with the University of Delaware's College of Health Sciences pipeline program. Visit http://chs.udel.edu/ for more info.
