Conjugation:
я сплю – I sleep
ты спишь – you sleep
он спит – he sleeps
мы спим – we sleep
вы спите – you sleep
они спят – they sleep

Examples:

Я сплю 8 часов –
I sleep for 8 hours

Ты спишь в кровати –
You sleep in the bed

Студент спит мало –
A student sleeps too little

Мы спим на скучном фильме –
We’re sleeping through the boring movie

Вы спите достаточно? –
Do you sleep enough?

Дети хорошо спят после еды –
Kids sleep well after a meal
