While Stacy is at diesel, mechanic school in Spokane, Virginia is busy keeping the farm running! This means she is doing all the chores by herself, including milking cows, cleaning the barn, feeding hay, and delivering milk.  She only has to get through three weeks, however, because we are driving up the cows at the end of January. 

Clover mountain dairy is a small certified organic farm located an hour north of Spokane in North East Washington state.
