The Lump Breaker model AGR-BREAKER allows for crushing the lumps that could form in the materials during the production process or the handling of powders.

The Lump Breaker Systems are particularly suitable for hygroscopic materials or those that tend to clog, and thanks to their versatility can be used in all industrial sectors.

It is characterized by a self-cleaning design with very small dimensions and can also be mounted within existing systems or systems for emptying (bags, drums, and Big Bags), or usually located immediately above vessels, filter dryers, centrifuges, mixers, and on the other process machines.

The Lump Breaker has a stainless steel central body with a circular cross-section where the shaft with the blades for the crushing of the product and the grid of contrast.

At the central body of the Lump Breaker are connected two flanges, an upper for the inlet of the rough material and a lower flange for the evacuation of the crushed product.

The breaking of lumps takes place through the rotation of special blades within a grid of contrast powered by a gearmotor.

For safety reasons, the Lump Breaker is equipped with inductive sensors that allow the start of the machine only when the installation configuration is correct;

The Lump Breaker is manufactured under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and upon request, it can be manufactured for installation in ATEX zones.

There is also a reinforced version of the Lump Breaker with a square base that is suitable for all applications where the product requires a greater crushing force.
