How To Create A Regular Journaling Habit - My Best Tips!

Hey friends!

I have so many people share with ne that they would love to keep a journal regularly, but they don't for whatever reason.
These are my top tips for helping it happen! Keeping a journal is so doable and important. You have the most beautiful life, and it is totally worth recording!

My Tips

1. Dont pressure yourself to have to journal every day. Missing days or entries is fine! Regular journaling can look like daily journaling or weekly or some days and not others. Anything you get documented is better than not having anything.

2. Dont feel like you have to write about everything. It could be just about one part of your day, or you may not write at all! Maybe you just use some pictures to represent your day. Write as much as you want.

3. Making your journal pretty is a GREAT way to make yourself want to come back to it time and time again. Just dont don't too caught up with it HAVING to look pretty. It's more than okay to have ugly pages in your journal. This is for your! Not for instagram or to impress any any.

4. Keep a kit of supplies on hand and easily accessible. Having too many things can get overwhelming, so keep it small. Having it out and easy to grab makes such a difference. If it's all packed away in different places it can really hinder your drive to play.

5. Take notes! You can either jot things down or utilise your phones camera to help you remember all the things you did during the day.

6. Don't fool yourself in to thinking that your life is too boring to be worth recording. Everyone has a totally unique life that is beautiful in its own way and should be written about. Your life is special!
