This is my streaming project "Fliptendo," in which I'm playing every NES and Famicom game in chronological order. I grew up with the NES, it's been a favorite system for a long time. The point of this project is to learn about all of the games and get a better historical perspective. While I won't beat every game, I will try to play through as many as I can, and show as much of the games off as I can.

Mendel Palace is developed by Game Freak, published by Hudson Soft in the US, Namco in Japan. This was Game Freak's debut game, and it's success lead to the creation of the Pokémon series. This is a rather unique action puzzle game where you go through a series of rooms, defeating enemies by flipping tiles they are standing on. You can also find hidden power-up tiles hidden beneath the tiles as you flip them. Each enemy type has a different behavior that requires different strategies. The game has a very cute and charming presentation, with good music. A bit of a hidden gem!
