Our crew for the film Fix is a group of CSUN students that are preparing to showcase their skills and tell a powerful story, but we need help!

Fix is the story about Daniel, a 15-year-old boy, who is a young genius, but also suffers from congenital heart disease. He goes to Cal-tech, and he is in the process of building a time machine with his partners. Daniel likes to play basketball, but he can’t because of the disease. Also, his dad is an alcoholic. Because of hating his life, Daniel attempts to take a time machine to go back in time to prevent his parents from conceiving him and ultimately erase his life.

Having a child is usually a happy thing, but some families do face challenges. This is a story about love and family, a story about not giving up and cherishing what we have. A story to encourage people to embrace their parents, and to cherish the life that was given to them despite any difficulties. We are trying to make this film, because we believe it’s an important story that needs to be told.
