Ingredients:
• 1 kilo coarse semolina ~( 6 cups)
• 600 g sugar ~ 3 cups sugar
• 1 cup milk powder
• 1 cup desiccated coconut
• 400 ml water
• 50 ml rose water
• 50 ml orange blossom water
• 2 heaped tbsp ghee
• 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate-Soda
• halved almond for decorating
Sugar syrup
• 4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 tbsp lemon
• 1 tbsp each orange and rose water .
• tahini or ghee to layer your tray .
