Goan Beef Roast Ingredients
1 kg Beef Roasting Joint
3 Kashmiri Chillies
10 Cloves
2 inch Cinnamon
1tsp PepperCorn
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1&1/2 inch Ginger
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Big Onion
Salt To Taste
3tsp Vinegar Or Lime Juice
Oil For Cooking

** We Use**
1tbsp   = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp     = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
