Terraria 1.4, but Daedalus Stormbow was nerfed?

Seems like Terraria 1.4 means the Journey's End for Daedalus Stormbow, the unique artifact of game design that was able to finish the game with ease while being obtainable at early Hardmode... or does it? Well, there is the video for you to find out how sufficiently nerfed the stormbow is.

Note that the gear is specifically not 100% optimized (especially in later parts of game) to put further irony on Stormbow's viability. If I see a comment which suggests to replace any part of the gear, I have a legal permission to troll it to oblivion.
