Email www.medihealth1.com for open stock and any problems or concerns. I had to because I had two Delicious Pinks in my scorpion set. The owner send me out a Pigs Ear color I was missing ASAP. The service is great and the owner Albert really cares more about the quality of his pencils and customers.

The owner is from Australia. I’m not sure why there is a Germany address on one of the tins. I only had one pencil break on me while I was using it and when attempting to sharpen it. The owner talked about this problem being from shipping in an envelope from Amazon, which doesn't protect these pencils well. He also talked about using the right sharpener and method. For example, turn the sharpener and not the pencil. Are the pencils off centered? Maybe which makes them harder to sharpen, but I'll find out more as I use them. Once I switched to my Kum sharpener, all my pencils sharpened well. After I did this review video, I found this video which has an interview with the owner.    • Coloring Black Widow with Black Widow...   I think they are worth the money and Albert, the owner is very nice and offers fast great service. I’m getting the skin tone sets in a few days which have a lightfast rating. 😊 Also, sometime in July they have another set of 48 new colors coming out!
