Jammu and Kashmir, India - A significant milestone has been reached with the completion of track laying on the Anji Khad Cable-Stayed Railway Bridge, marking a pivotal moment for the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project. This engineering marvel, strategically positioned southeast of the Chenab Bridge, is set to revolutionize connectivity in the region.

Spanning Anji Khad's gorge amidst the challenging Himalayan terrain, the bridge boasts a main span of 290 meters, soaring 196 meters above ground level, supported by an intricate network of 96 cables. Its design seamlessly integrates with tunnels T34 and T35, enhancing travel efficiency and safety.
