"SOCO" looks into why a former seaman ran amok in his neighborhood in Brgy. 171, Bagumbong, Caloocan City on November 5, 2012. Gus Abelgas introduces former seaman Rolly Rapiz and his live-in partner Eden de La Cruz, who started off as a friendly and happy couple according to their neighbor Benjamin Templonuevo Jr. The program then presents the changes in Rapiz’s behavior due to his suspicions that de la Cruz is cheating on him. On November 5, 2012, a drunk Rapiz went into a killing spree after an argument with his live-in partner. The incident ended the lives of five individuals, including the suspect’s live-in partner and two of Templonuevo’s family members.
