World's largest hot sauce collection

Vic Clinco has the unofficial largest hot sauce collection in the world. He's collected 11,000 bottles of hot sauce and he isn't done yet. The sauces are from all over the world. He hopes to fill up every single wall in his High Point home's basement.

Clinco hopes to make his hot sauce shrine an official world record. He's already in touch with the Guinness World Record folks. But in order to make it official, he'll have to document every single hot sauce he's got.
