HOW TO EAT FOR £7 A WEEK | EMERGENCY GROCERY BUDGET PLAN | CHEAP MEAL IDEAS
Welcome back to my cooking videos! In this video I created a grocery list for £7 for the week, choosing items of nutrition, which may be filling, and hopefully make the food last for a whole week. This plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. I include some quick recipes, ideas and a menu plan. This is not designed for a long term solution, but may give you some ideas for a short term fix or for some 'lower spend' days. it may not always have been the prettiest of meals, and there is scope for tweaks if you have other herbs and spices, but it could be a starting point for someone. I hope this helps you, or someone you know.
