દેસી ચાઇનીઝ વેજ મંચુરિયન

જરૂરી સામગ્રી:
1) ચિન્ગ્સ સિક્રેટ વેજ મંચુરિયન મસાલા નું 1 પેકેટ
2) 2 કપ (200 ગ્રા) પીસેલી કોબી
3) 1 ટીસ્પૂન ઝીણું સમારેલું લીલું મરચું
4) 1 ટીસ્પૂન સમારેલ આદુ
5) સ્વાદ માટે મીઠું
6) ¼ કપ બેસન
7) તળવા માટે તેલ
8) 1 કપ સમારેલ શાકભાજી (100 ગ્રા) (ડુંગળી, મરચું, ગાજર)
9) 2 કપ (300 મિલી) પાણી
10) ગાર્નિશ કરવા માટે સમારેલી લીલી ડુંગળી

રીત:

મંચુરિયન બોલ્સ માટે:
2 કપ પીસેલી કોબી લો અને તેમાંથી પાણી નીચોવી લો.
એક બાઉલમાં કોબી, 1 ટીસ્પૂન સમારેલ આદુ, 1 ટીસ્પૂન સમારેલ લીલું મરચું, ¼ કપ બેસન (ચણાનો લોટ) અને સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે મીઠું ભેળવી લો. નાના ગોળા બનાવીને તેને ઓછા તાપે ગોલ્ડન બ્રાઉન થાય ત્યાં સુધી તળો.

સ્ટેપ 1
2 કપ (300 મિલી) પાણીમાં ચિન્ગ્સ સિક્રેટ વેજ મંચુરિયન મિરેકલ મસાલા (20 ગ્રા) ઉમેરો અને સારી રીતે ભેળવો.

સ્ટેપ 2
એક પૅનમાં 2 ટેબલસ્પૂન તેલ ગરમ કરો અને 1 કપ (100 ગ્રામ) સમારેલ શાકભાજી (ડુંગળી, મરચું, ગાજર) ને તેમાં 2-3 મીનીટ સુધી સ્ટર ફ્રાય કરો અને મંચુરિયનનાં ગોળા ઉમેરો.

સ્ટેપ 3
મસાલાનું મિશ્રણ ઉમેરો અને સારી રીતે હલાવો. 2-3 મિનિટ સુધી સણસણવા દો. ગ્રેવીને ઘાટી કરવા માટે 3-4 મિનિટ સુધી સણસણવા દો.

તેને સમારેલી લીલી ડુંગળીથી ગાર્નિશ કરો અને ગરમા-ગરમ પીરસો.

Desi Chinese Veg Manchurian Recipe-

Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala
2) 2 cup (200g) grated cabbage
3) 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
4) 1 tsp chopped ginger
5) Salt to taste
6) ¼ cup besan
7) Oil for deep frying
8) 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onions, capsicum, carrot)
9) 2 cups (300ml) water
10) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:

For the Manchurian balls:
Take 2 cups grated cabbage & squeeze the water from it.
In a bowl mix cabbage, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, ¼ cup besan (gram flour) & salt to taste. Make small balls & deep fry on a low flame till golden brown.

Step 1
Add Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala (20g) to 2 cups (300ml) water & mix well.

Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & stir-fry 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) for 2-3 minutes & add Manchurian Balls

Step 3
Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
