A man who held at least two people hostage inside a Denver convenience store has been shot by police and taken to hospital. Officials said police received a report of a suspicious individual inside a 7-Eleven on Monday morning and when they arrived at the scene they found the man holding people hostage inside the store. It is reported that he then left the store, using a female hostage as a shield. The suspects condition was not released by Police but neither the hostages nor any police officers were injured during the incident. Report by Lauren Hood.
