Editing this on and off over the past few weeks has done absolute wonders to my overall mood, tbh. I've loved this song for years, but never thought to edit it (the eternal curse of being born and raised in the South/loving country music, I guess) until I heard it on the radio and let me imagination get away from me for three and a half minutes...and Kim did absolutely nothing to dissuade me, so of course this was born.

This probably sounds dumb, but...I have now realized that I very much have a type when it comes to otps, and it's really all thanks to this. (the end with all the proposals is probably what I'm most proud of tbh, as well as the realization that most of my otps are happily married living off in obscurity somewhere...stelena aside -- I fully count outlawqueen as endgame canon despite him dying...Regina's evil half still ended up marrying a VERSION of Robin, okay?!? IT COUNTS.)

I also snuck Christopher & Lara in here because if they existed, if they were Smallville CANON instead of just my personal view of how things could progress in Smallville canon future, they'd definitely make the cut, so...yeah, they're here.
