FDNY Squad 288 responds to Box 7030 with real Q2B siren

While still at quarters of FDNY Squad 288 and Hazmat 1 at 56-29 68th Street, we see the Squad as they respond to Box 7030 at the Stop & Shop at 74-17 Grand Avenue between 74th Street and 79th Street for a man who fell and was bleeding. As the Squad was getting on to Grand Avenue, we can see the ambulance following them. As I went up that way about 10 minutes later, the Squad was returning, and the ambulance was still on the scene. They went by me another minute or two later, heading towards Elmhurst Hospital running with lights and siren. Squad 288 is a 2013 Seagrave Marauder II.
